DISTRICT - DELEGATION OF SPECIAL EXECUTIVE MAGISTERIAL POWERS TO CERTAIN
OFFICERS.

In exercise of the powers conferrred under Section 21 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act
No.2 of 1974), the Government hereby appoint the Officers specified in Column (3) of Annexure-I, Column (4) of
Annexure-II and Annexure-III appended to this Notification as Executive Magistrates, to be known as Special
Executive Magistrates, with effect from the date of publication of this Notification till the completion of General
Elections to the House of People (Lok Sabha), 2024 and confer on them the powers under sections 37, 44, 103, 129,
133, 143, 144, 174 (4) and 176 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act No.2 of 1974) in their respective
jurisdiction as allotted by the District Election Officer & District Collector, Mancherial.
