In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 21 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central

Act 2 of 1974), Government hereby appoint Sri Yuvraj Marmat, IAS (2022), Assistant Collector (UT) as

Special Executive Magistrate in the Khammam District for a period of one year from the date of assumption of

charge of the post and conferring on him the powers sections 107 to 124, 129 to 144 and section 176 read with

sub-section (4) of Section 174 of the code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act No. 2 of 1974).
