APPOINTMENT OF JOINT DIRECTOR OF AGRICULTURE (SOIL CORRELATOR) AS

DESIGNATED AUTHORITY TO KEEP THE FERTILIZER SAMPLES IN SAFE CUSTODY.

In exercise of the powers conferred under clause 28A of the Fertilizer (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed )

(Control) Order, 1985, the Government hereby appoint the Joint Director of Agriculture (Soil Correlator)

as Designated Authority to keep the fertilizer samples in safe custody for sending to the Centralized

National Test House and for Referee Analysis as the case may be, for further analysis based on the request

of the dealer / analysis reports received from the State Notified Lab and the National Test House

respectively.

The Director of Agriculture, Telangana, Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly.
