AMENDMENT TO SERVICE RULES OF THE HIGH COURT FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA-2019.

NOTIFICATION

ROC.No. 5544/17-2024-Estt:- In Exercise of powers conferred by Article 229 of the Constitution of India

and all other powers hereunto enabling the Chief Justice, High Court for the State of Telangana hereby makes the

following amendment to the Service Rules of the High Court for the State of Telangana-2019.

The amendments shall come into force from the date of publication in the Telangana Gazette.

AMENDMENT

The words “three years” occurring after the words “not less than” in the second line in Proviso

to Sub-Rule (1) of Rule 15 of the Service Rules of the High Court for the State of Telangana-

2019 is substituted with the words “two years”.
