NOTIFYING THE METROPOLITAN AREA OF RANGA REDDY DISTRICT IS CEASED AND IS

INCLUDED IN SESSIONS DIVISION OF RANGA REDDY DISTRICT, WITH EFFECT

FROM 01-07-2024.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (2) of Section 7 and sub-section (1) of

Section 7 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, (Central Act No. 46 of 2023), the Government of

Telangana hereby notifies that the Metropolitan area of Ranga Reddy District is ceased and is included in Sessions

Division of Ranga Reddy District, with effect from 01-07-2024.

The Registrar General, High Court for the State of Telangana at Hyderabad shall take further necessary

action accordingly.

NOTIFYING THE METROPOLITAN AREA OF MEDCHAL-MALKAJGIRI IS CEASED AND IS INCLUDED

IN THE SESSIONS DIVISION OF MEDCHAL-MALKAJGIRI DISTRICT, WITH EFFECT

FROM 01-07-2024.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (2) of Section 7 and sub-section (1) of

Section 7 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, (Central Act No. 46 of 2023), the Government of

Telangana hereby notifies that the Metropolitan area of Medchal-Malkajgiri is ceased and is included in the

Sessions Division of Medchal-Malkajgiri District, with effect from 01-07-2024.

The Registrar General, High Court for the State of Telangana at Hyderabad shall take further necessary

action accordingly.

STATE AS SPECIAL JUDICIAL MAGISTRATES OF THE SECOND CLASS, WITH EFFECT FROM

01-07-2024.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 9 of the Bharatiya Nagarik

Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, (Central Act No. 46 of 2023), the Government of Telangana hereby notifies all the

Special Metropolitan Magistrates of the Second Class in the State as Special Judicial Magistrates of the Second

Class, with effect from 01-07-2024.

The Registrar General, High Court for the State of Telangana at Hyderabad shall take further necessary

action accordingly.
