sub-sections (2) and (3) of section 8 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha

Sanhita, 2023, (Central Act No. 46 of 2023), the High Court for the State of

Telangana hereby notifies Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Ranga reddy as

Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District and Addl. Metropolitan Sessions Judges

working in the Unit of Ranga Reddy District as Addl. Sessions Judges under

the said Act or under any other law for the time being in force, with effect

from 01.07.2024.

Sanhita, 2023, (Central Act No. 46 of 2023), the High Court for the State of

Telangana hereby notifies Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Medchal-Malkajgiri

as Sessions Judge, Medchal-Malkajgiri District and Addl. Metropolitan

Sessions Judges working in the Unit of Medchal-Malkajgiri District as Addl.

Sessions Judges under the said Act or under any other law for the time being

in force, with effect from 01.07.2024.

METROPOLITAN MAGISTRATES TO BE THE JUDICIAL

MAGISTRATES OF FIRST CLASS

Roc No. 1064/SO/2024, In exercise of the powers conferred under

sub-sections (1) of section 9 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023,

(Central Act No. 46 of 2023), the High Court for the State of Telangana

hereby notifies all the Metropolitan Magistrates working in the Units of

Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy and Medchal-Malkajgiri Districts as Judicial

Magistrate of First Class under the said Act or under any other law for the

time being in force, with effect from 01.07.2024.

2023, (Central Act No. 46 of 2023), the High Court for the State of Telangana

hereby notifies the Chief Metropolitan Magistrates and all the Addl. Chief

Metropolitan Magistrates designated in the Unit of Hyderabad as Chief

Judicial Magistrate and Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrates respectively under

the said Act or under any other law for the time being in force, with effect

from 01.07.2024.

sub-sections (2) of section 10 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita,

2023, (Central Act No. 46 of 2023), the High Court for the State of Telangana

hereby notifies the Chief Metropolitan Magistrates designated in the Unit of

Ranga Reddy District as Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrates under the said Act

or under any other law for the time being in force, with effect from 01.07.2024.

THE CIVIL JUDGES (SENIOR DIVISION) TO BE THE ADDL.

CHIEF JUDICIAL MAGISTRATES

Roc No. 1064/SO/2024, In exercise of the powers conferred under

sub-sections (2) of section 10 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita,

2023, (Central Act No. 46 of 2023), the High Court for the State of Telangana

hereby notifies all the Assistant Sessions Judges excluding Chief Judicial

Magistrates as Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrates under the said Act or under

any other law for the time being in force, with effect from 01.07.2024.
