RESCINDING THE NOTIFICATION ISSUED IN G.O.Ms.No. 11, REVENUE (CT-II) DEPARTMENT,

Dt. 29-01-2024.

[G.O.Ms.No.61, Revenue (CT-II), 12^th July, 2024.]

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 148 of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 ( Act

No.23 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby rescinds the notification

issued in G..O.Ms.No. 11, Revenue (CT-II) Department, Dt. 29-01-2024, except in respect of things done or omitted

to be done before such rescission.

This notification shall come into force from 1^st day of January, 2024.
