ACQUISITION OF GOVT. ASSIGNED LAND IN KESAVAPURAM Vg. M.C. PALLY MDL.

MEDCHAL-MALKAJGIRI DISTRICT.

“In accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10(A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and

Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the

State of Telangana, the Government has decided and accordingly hereby, in the public interest, exempts

the acquisition of Govt. assigned land to an extent of Acs.178.00 gts in Sy.No.118 of Kesavapuram Vg.

M.C. Pally Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District from the application of provisions of the Chapter-II

and Chapter-III of the Act, for establishment of Industrial Park, in favour of TGIIC. It is also ertified

that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the said

project.”

Accordingly, the District Collector, Medchal-Malkajgiri District and the Vice Chairman & Managing Director,

Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited (TGIIC), Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in

the matter.
