APPOINTMENT OF SEVERAL INDIVIDUALS AS SPECIAL JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE OF SECOND CLASS

AT VARIOUS PLACES IN THE STATE OF TELANGANA UNDER SECTION 11 OF THE BHARATIYA

NAGARIK SURAKSHA SANHITA (BNSS), 2023 (CENTRAL ACT NO. 46 OF 2023.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 11 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS),

2023 (Central Act No.46 of 2023), Government, after consultation with the Hon’ble High Court for the State of

Telangana at Hyderabad, hereby appoint the following individuals at places mentioned against their names in the

Table given below, for a period of one (1) years from the date of assuming charge of the post or till they attains the

age of sixty five (65) years, whichever is earlier, with a consolidated honorarium of Rs.45,000/- (Rupees forty five

thousand only) plus Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees five thousand) conveyance allowance per month, as per the existing rules:-

The above appointment is subject to the following conditions:-

(a)

If the individual refuses or does not join within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of the

appointment orders, he/she shall forfeit his claim to the post of Special Judicial Magistrate of

Second Class;

(b)

The Individual will be removed without being called upon to show cause, if he/she failed to attend

three (3) consecutive sittings of the Court, without written permission of the Chief Judicial

Magistrate;

(c)

The services of the Officer selected shall be liable to be terminated without any notice;

The Registrar General, High Court for the State of Telangana at Hyderabad, is requested to take

necessary further action in the matter, accordingly.
