EXEMPTION OF NEW GOVERNMENT NURSING COLLEGE AT TANDUR, VIKARABAD DISTRICT.

In exercise of the powers conffered by Section 10A in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA&RR (Telangana

Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No.21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby, exempt the acquisition of land for

new government nursing college at Tandur, Vikarabad District from the application of the provisions of Chapter II

and III of the RFCTLA & RR Act, 2013.

The Director of Medical Education, Hyderabad and the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration,

Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter, accordingly.
