COMMENCEMENT OF THE ACT - THE TELANGANA PANCHAYAT RAJ (AMENDMENT) ACT,
2024 (ACT NO. 6 OF 2024).
[G.O.Ms.No. 59, Panchayat Raj & Rural Development (GP.FIN), 4th September, 2024]
In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Telangana Panchayat
Raj (Amendment) Act, 2024 (Act No. 6 of 2024), the Government hereby appoints the 6th day of
July, 2024 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force in the whole
of the State of Telangana.

AMENDMENT) ACT, 2024 (ACT NO. 7 OF 2024).
