PROHIBITION OF STRIKES IN ALL SERVICES UNDER THE SINGARENI COLLIERIES

COMPANY LIMITED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE TELANGANA ESSENTIAL

SERVICES MAINTENANCE ACT, 1971 (ACT 20 OF 1971) FOR A FURTHER PERIOD OF

(6) MONTHS w.e.f. 11-09-2024.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) & (3) of Section 3 of the Telangana Essential

Services Maintenance Act, 1971 (Act 20 of 1971), Government of Telangana hereby prohibits strikes in all the

services under the Singareni Collieries Company Limited for a further period of six (6) months with effect from

11-09-2024.

The C&MD, SCCL, Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter accordingly.
