In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-sections (2) and (3) of Section 10 of the Telangana Public

Libraries Act, 1960 (Act No.VIII of 1960), Government hereby appoint and nominate Sri G. Govardhan as a

non-official Member and also as Chairman to the Zilla Grandhalaya Samstha, Wanaparthy, Wanaparthy District

with immediate effect.
