– KOTHAGUDEM DISTRICT – ACQUISITION OF LAND.

In exercise of powers conferred under Clause(e) of Section 10A of the Right to Fair Compensation

and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Telangana Amendment) Act, 2016

(Act No. 21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby, exempt from the application of the provisions of

Chapter II and Chapter III of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition,

Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 ( Central Act No. 30 of 2013) for acquisition of land to an extent

of Ac. 1-1/2 Gt. (House sites 23 Guntas & easement area 17 Guntas) in and around the temple for the

development of the subject temple.

The Director, Endowments Department, Hyderabad shall take further action in the matter, accordingly.
