ACQUISITION OF GOVT. ASSIGNED AND PATTA LAND SITUATED AT UPPLINGAPUR, EDULAPALLY

AND BANDAPOSANPALLY VILLAGES OF YELDHURTHY MANDAL, MEDAK DISTRICT.

“In accordance with the provisions contained in Sec. 10(A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and

Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the

State of Telangana, the Government has decided and accordingly hereby, in the public interest, exempts

the acquisition of Govt. Assigned and Patta land to an extent of Acs. 1906.39 gts. (Acs. 1678.08 gts. of

Govt. Assigned land and Acs.228.31 gts. of Patta land) in Sy.Nos. 433, 472, 36, 95 and 149 situated at

Upplingapur, Edulapally and Bandaposanpally Villages of Yeldhurthy Mandal, Medak District from

the application of provisions of the Dhapter - II and Chapter - III of the Act, for establishment of

Industrial Park, in favour of TGIIC. It is also certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing

the minimum extent of land required for the said project.”

Accordingly, the District Collector, Medak District and the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Telangana

Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited (TGIIC), Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter.
