EXEMPTION OF ACQUIRING THE BUND FOR A LENGTH OF 450 METERS SITUATED AT

BOGULAMPALLY VILLAGE, RAIKODE MANDAL.

[G.O.Ms.No.27, Irrigation & CAD (LA), 14^th October, 2024.]

“In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10 A(b) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA & RR (Telangana

Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No.21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby exempt the acquiring the bund for

length of 450 meters situated in Sy.No.53 of Bogulampally Village, Raikode Mandal, Sangareddy District submerged

in Singoor Project excluding the land from the application of the provisions of Chapter II and Chapter III of the

RFCTLA & RR Act, 2013”.

The Engineer-in-Chief (General), Hyderabad and Commissioner, R&R and LA, I & CAD Department, shall

take further necessary action in the matter, accordingly.
