TELANGANA ELECTRICITY REGULATORY COMMISSION (TGERC) APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRPERSON

FOR TELANGANA ELECTRICITY REGULATORY COMMISSION.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 84 (2) read with 84(1) of the Electricity Act, 2003

(Act 36 of 2003), the Government of Telangana hereby appoints Hon’ble Dr. Justice Devaraju Nagarjun, Judge

(Retired) as Chairperson of the Telangana Electricity Regulatory Commission for a term of (5) years with effect

from the date he enters upon his office or till he attains the age of (65) years whichever is earlier.
