FOOD SAFETY AND STANDARDS ACT, 2006-NOTIFICATION OF FOOD SAFETY OFFICER U/S 37(1) OF

FSS ACT 2006.

ORDER No. 512/FSS-1/2021-24, In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 37(1) of Food Safety &

Standards Act, 2006 (Central Act No. 34 of 2006) read with G.O.Ms.No.1 dated 04.01.2016 of Health, Medical &

Family Welfare (C2) Department, Government of Telangana, the Commissioner of Food Safety, Telangana State

hereby appoints the following persons mentioned in the column (2) as Food Safety Officer for the local area

specified in the corresponding entry in the column (3) thereof since they have qualified & successfully completed

Induction Training of FSOs as required under rule 2.1.3(1) of FSS Rules, 2011 for the purpose of carrying out

functions/duties mentioned under the Food Safety and standards Act and Rules/ Regulations made there under with

immediate effect.
