EXEMPTION OF ACQUISITION GOVT. ASSIGNED AND PATTA LAND SITUATED AT CHOUTAPALLY
AND JANAGON VILLAGES OF AKKANNAPET MANDAL AND THOTAPALLY VILLAGE,
HUSNABAD MANDAL, SIDDIPET DISTRICT IN FAVOUR OF TGIIC FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF
INDUSTRIAL PARK.

“In accordance with the provisions contained in Sec. 10(A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and
Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the
State of Telangana, the Government has decided and accordingly hereby, in the public interest, exempts
the acquisition of Government Assigned land to an extent of Acs. 86.38 gts. (i.e.,Acs. 85.13 situated at
Choutapally (V), Akkannapet (M) in Sy.No. 312 and Acs. 1.25 in Thotapally Village, Husnabad Mandal),
and Patta land to an extent of Acs. 41.10 (i.e., in Janagon (V) of Akkannapet (M) in Sy.No. 73-79, 812-
815 and Thotapally (V), Husnabad (M) in Sy.No. 479, 481-483) Siddipet District, from the application
of provisions of the Chapter-II and Chapter-III of the Act, for establishment of Industrial Park, in
favour of TGIIC. It is also certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum extent
of land required for the said project.”
Accordingly, the District Collector, Siddipet District and the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Telangana
Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited (TGIIC), Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter.
