DECLARATION OF CENTRAL CRIME STATION RAJENDRANAGAR AND CENTRAL CRIME

STATION MEDCHAL ZONES AS POLICE STATIONS TO REGISTER AND INVESTIGATE THE

CASES FROM COMMISSIONER OF POLICE, CYBERABAD.

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (s) of Section 2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973

(Central Act 2 of 1974) read with clause (u) of Section 2 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023

(Central Act No. 46 of 2023), Government hereby designate the Central Crime Station Rajendranagar and Central

Crime Station Medchal Zones as Police Stations to register and investigate the cases from Commissioner of

Police, Cyberabad.

The Director General of Police, Telangana, Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter

accordingly.
