COURT AT CHEVELLA TO RECEIVE AND DISPOSE OF THE CIVIL CASES, APPELLATE AND

ORIGINAL ARISING FROM THE AREAS COVERED BY THE JUNIOR CIVIL JUDGE’S COURT AT

CHEVELLA-ORDERS ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (2) of Section 11 of the Telangana Civil Courts

Act, 1972 (Act 19 of 1972), the District Judge, Rangareddy District at L.B.Nagar, hereby assigns to the

Additional District and Sessions Judge, Rangareddy District at Chevella, as sanctioned by the Government

in G.O.Ms.No.13, Law (LA&J Home Courts A2), Department, dated 14.03.2024 and G.O.Ms.No. 127, Finance

(HRM-II) Department, dated 04.11.2024 to receive and dispose of all Civil Cases, Appellate and Original,

arising from the areas covered by the Junior Civil Judge’s Court of Chevella.
