CERTAIN AMENDMENTS FOR REVISION OF FEE ON THE REGISTRATION OF ESTABLISHMENT.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 62 of the Building and Other Construction Workers’ (Regulation

of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1996 (Central Act 27 of 1996), the Government of Telangana hereby

makes the following amendment to the Telangana Building and Other Construction Workers’ (Regulation of

Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1999:

AMENDMENT

In the said rules, in rule 27, in sub-rule (1), against the entries (a) (b) and (c), for the words and figures

“Rs. 1000/-, Rs. 5000/- and Rs.5000/- + Rs.5000/-” shall be substituted with the words and figures “Rs.2,000/-,

Rs. 10,000/- and Rs.10,000/- + Rs.10,000/-”.
