APPOINTMENT OF SRI T. NARSI REDDY, DISTRICT JUDGE (RETIRED) AS PRESIDING OFFICER

OF THE LAND ACQUISITION, REHABILITATION AND RESETTLEMENT AUTHORITY FOR

THE STATE OF TELANGANA.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 52 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in

Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act No. 30 of 2013), the State Government of

Telangana in consultation with the Hon’ble the Acting Chief Justice of the High Court for the State of Telangana,

Hyderabad as required under section 53, hereby appoints Sri T. Narsi Reddy, District Judge (Retired) as Presiding

Officer for the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority for the State of Telangana established

with its jurisdiction for whole of the State of Telangana in G.O.Ms.No.40, Revenue (JA & LA) Department, dated

22.02.2017, for a term of (3) years from the date on which he enters upon his office or until he attains the age of

sixty five (65) years, whichever is earlier.

The Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Telangana, Hyderabad and all the District Collectors in the

State shall take necessary action, in the matter accordingly.
