In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 1 of the Telangana Bhu Bharati

(Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2025 (Telangana Act No.1 of 2025), the Government of Telangana hereby

appoint the 14^th day of April, 2025, as the date on which the said Act, shall come into force.
