AMENDMENT TO THE TELANGANA MEDICAL SUBORDINATE SERVICES, BRANCH-I - SPECIAL RULES
AND ADHOC RULES FOR THE POSTS OF PHARMACISTS CADRE IN TELANGANA STATE.
[G.O.Ms.No.71, Health, Medical and Family Welfare (G), 25th April, 2025.]
I.- In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Articles 309 of the Constitution of India and of all
other powers hereinto enabling the Governor of Telangana hereby makes the following amendment to the Telangana
Medical Subordinate Services, Branch-I - Special Rules for the posts of Pharmacists Cadre issued in G.O.Ms.No.
727, Health, Housing & Municipal Administration Department, dated 26.03.1965 as amended from time to time.
AMENDMENT
In the Telangana Medical Subordinate Services, Branch-I - Medical - Special Rules,-
(i) Wherever the words “Pharmacist Grade-II” occur the words “Pharmacy Officer” shall be substituted;
(ii) Wherever the words “Pharmacist Grade-I” occur, the words “Senior Pharmacy Officer” shall be substituted;
II.- In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Articles 309 of the Constitution of India and of all
other powers hereinto enabling , the Governor of Telangana hereby makes the following amendment to the Telangana
Medical Subordinate Services - Adhoc Rules, Governing the post of Pharmacy Supervisor issued in G.O.Ms.No.399,
HM&FW (K2) Department, dt: 14.09.1992, as amended from time to time.
AMENDMENT
In the Telangana Medical Subordinate Services - Adhoc Rules,-
Wherever the words “Pharmacy Supervisor” occur, the words “District Pharmacy Officer / Chief Pharmacy
Officer” shall be substituted.
