PROHIBITION OF STRIKE IN ALL THE SERVICES UNDER THE TRANSMISSION CORPORATION OF

TELANGANA LIMITED AND TWO DISTRIBUTION COMPANIES (i.e TGNPDCL & TGSPDCL) FOR

A FURTHER PERIOD OF SIX (6) MONTHS WITH EFFECT FROM 25.02.2025.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) & (3) of Section 3 of the Telangana Essential Services

Maintenance Act, 1971 (Act 20 of 1971), Government of Telangana hereby prohibits strikes in all the services

under the Transmission Corporation of Telangana Limited and Two Distribution Companies (i.e TGNPDCL &

TGSPDCL) for a further period of six (6) months with effect from 25.02.2025.

The Chairman and Managing Director, TGTRANSCO, Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the

matter accordingly.

27.01.2025.

services under Telangana Power Generation Corporation Limited for a period of six (6) months with effect from

27.01.2025.

The Chairman and Managing Director, TGGENCO, Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the

matter accordingly.
