EXEMPTION OF ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR FORMATION OF APPROACH ROAD TO TOWNSHIP OF

YADADRI THERMAL POWER STATION, NALGONDA DISTRICT.

In exercise of the provisions contained in Section 10 A of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency

in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition and Rehabilitation and

Resettlement Act. 2013 (Central Act No. 30 of 2013) read with the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in

Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Telangana Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No. 21 of 2017) in its

application to the State of Telangana, the Government have decided and accordingly hereby, in the public interest,

exempt the following lands from the application of provisions of the Chapter-II and III of the Act to a total extent of

Ac. 8-11Gts, as detailed below:
