PROHIBITION OF STRIKES IN ALL SERVICES IN NATIONAL THERMAL POWER

CORPORATION LIMITED IN TELANGANA STATE UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE

TELANGANA ESSENTIAL SERVICES MAINTENANCE ACT, 1971 (ACT 20 OF 1971) FOR A

FURTHER PERIOD OF (6) MONTHS W.E.F. DT. 14.06.2025.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) & (3) of Section 3 of the

Telangana Essential Services Maintenance Act, 1971 (Act 20 of 1971), Government of Telangana hereby

prohibits strikes in all the services under the National Thermal Power Corporation Limited (NTPC) for a

further period of six (6) months w.e.f. 14.06.2025.

The Additional General Manager (HR), NTPC Limited, Hyderabad shall take further necessary

action in the matter accordingly.
