In accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10(A) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in

Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 in its application to the State of Telangana, the Government

have decided and accordingly hereby, in the public interest, exempt the proposal for Constitution of 4-Lane approach

Ramps to the two RoBs under construction by Railways near Kollur interchange Railway Crossing on Service Road of

Outer Ring Road to an extent of Ac 2.60 at Nagulapally (V), Ramachandrapuram (M) under the provisions of RFCTLARR

Act, 2013 from the application of provisions of the Chapter-II and Chapter-III under 10A of rule 4 of RFCTLARR

(Telangana Amendment) Act, 21/2017. It is also certified that the all efforts have been made in finalizing the minimum

extent of land required for the said project.
