EXTENSION OF APPLICABILITY OF RULE 84 OF THE TELANGANA

FACTORIES RULES, 1950 - FINAL NOTIFICATION.

(Lab-II), 25^th July, 2025.]

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (2) of Section

64 of the Factories Act, 1948 (Central Act No. 63 of 1948), Government

hereby extends the applicability of Rule 84 of the Telangana Factories Rules,

1950 for a period of (5) years w.e.f. 27.12.2023 in the Telangana State and

the same having been previously published in G.O.Rt. No. 385, LET&F (Lab-

II) Department, Dated: 24.07.2024 and published in Telangana Gazette vide

Notification No. 5, Part-I Extraordinary, Dated: 26.07.2024 in terms of sub-

section (1) of Section 115 of the said Act and no objections/suggestions have

been received within the stipulated period.
