In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act, 1946 (Central

Act 25 of 1946), the Government of Telangana hereby accord consent to all the Members of the Delhi Special

Police Establishment to exercise the powers and jurisdiction of the Members of the Delhi Special Police Establishment

in the whole of Telangana for conducting investigation into the illegal diversion of “Coal Mines Provident Fund”

(CMPF) funds of employees, pertaining to Singareni Collieries Company Limited to a tune of Rs.95.25 lakhs to the

bank accounts of an employee and others by transferring the Crime No. 202 of 2007 of Saroornagar Police Station,

Cyberabad Commissionerate, in relaxation of the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.51, Home (Special) Department,

dated: 30.08.2022.
