APPOINTMENT OF MEMBER TO THE TELANGANA STATE MINIMUM WAGES ADVISORY BOARD

UNDER SECTION 7 OF THE MINIMUM WAGES ACT, 1948.

[G.O.Ms.No.18, Labour, Employment, Training & Factories (Lab-I), 3^rd September, 2025.]

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 7 read with Section 9 of the Minimum Wages Act,

1948 (Central Act 11 of 1948) & rule 4 of the Minimum Wages Rules, 1960, the Government of Telangana

hereby appoint Smt. T. Sujatha, Senior Director, FTCCI as a Member under the category of Employer

Representative in Telangana State Minimum Wages Advisory Board in place of Sri Y. Kasyap Reddy who

has been appointed earlier vide G.O.Ms.No. 21, LET & F (LAB1) Dept., 12.12.2024.

The above member shall hold the office for the period as mentioned under rule 4(2) of the Minimum

Wages Rules, 1960.

The Commissioner of Labour, Telangana, Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly.
