HYDERABAD SERVICES EXECUTING THE INTEGRATED MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE

MANAGEMENT PROJECT IN GREATER HYDERABAD MUNICIPAL CORPORATION AS “PUBLIC

UTILITY SERVICE” FOR A FURTHER PERIOD OF TWO (2) YEARS w.e.f. 1.5.2025.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (v) of clause (n) of Section 2 of the Industrial

Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act 14 of 1947), Government hereby declares the industrial units of M/s

Hyderabad Integrated MSW Limited, Hyderabad, services executing the Integrated Municipal Solid Waste

Management project in Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation as “ Public Utility Service” for a further

period of Two (2) years w.e.f. 1.5.2025.
