In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (u) of sub-section(l) of Section 2 of the Bharatiya

Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Central Act 46 of 2023), Government hereby designate the Economic

Offences Wing, Malkajgiri as “Economic Offences Wing Police Station, Malkajgiri”, to register and

investigate the Economic Offences cases.
