COMMENCEMENT OF THE ACT.

[G.O.Ms.No. 9, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development (Mzad), 10^th April, 2026.]

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Telangana Panchayat Raj

(Amendment), Act, 2026 (Act No.6 of 2026), the Government of Telangana hereby appoint the 1^st day of November,

2025, as the date on which the provisions of the said Act, shall come into force.
