AMC, BANSWADA IN THE EXISTING VACANCY.

In the G.O.Rt.No. 884, A&C(MKT.I) Dept., Dt: 11.12.2024. have been issued for constitution of
Agricultural Market Committee, Banswada, Kamareddy District for a period of Two years w.e.f. 11.12.2024.
Consequent to the resignation of the existing Vice-Chairman, AMC, Banswada, Government after careful
examination of the matter, hereby nominate Sri Arsapally Vankat Ram Reddy, S/o Gaddi Reddy as
Vice-Chairman, AMC, Banswada as per sub-sections (1) and (2) read with sub-section 10 of Section 5 of
Telangana (AP & LS) Markets Act, 1966, subject to verification by the Director of Agricultural Marketing,
Hyderabad.
The Director of Agricultural Marketing, Hyderabad shall take further necessary action in the matter
accordingly.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 6(1) and also sub-section (1) and (2) of Section 5 of
Telangana (Agricultural Produce and Live Stock) Markets Act, 1966 (Act 16 of 1966) as amended from time to
time, the Government of Telangana hereby constitutes the Agricultural Market Committee,Jagitial, Jagitial District
with the following members for a period of Two Years from the date of issue of this order or till further orders issued
whichever is earlier.
