MADDELA VAGU- EXEMPTION .

“In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10 A(b) in Chapter III.A of the RFCTLA & RR (Telangana

Amendment) Act, 2016 (Act No.21 of 2017), Government of Telangana hereby exempt the land acquisition to an

extent of Acres. 92-14 Gts for formation of New Tank (Thurka Cheruvu) across Maddela Vagu near Jakanalapally

Village, Urkonda Mandal, Nagarkurnool District from the application of the provisions of Chapter II and Chapter

III of the RFCTLA & RR Act, 2013”.

The Engineer-in-Chief (General), Hyderabad and Commissioner, R&R and LA, I&CAD Department, shall

take further necessary action in the matter, accordingly.
