In the circumstances reported by the Director, Department for Empowerment of Persons with
Disabilities, Senior Citizens and Transgender Persons, Hyderabad in the letter read above and after careful
examination, Government hereby accord permission to the Smt. B. Shailaja, Director, Department for
Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Senior Citizens and Transgender Persons, Hyderabad to retire
from public service on the date mentioned against her name on attaining the age of superannuation of (61)
years, without prejudice to the disciplinary cases/ enquiries if any, pending against her and also subject to the
condition that the disciplinary proceedings shall continue against her, if any under Rule-9(2) of the Revised
Pension Rules, 1980 even after retirement, and also subject to audit objections, if any pending against her:-
