DISTRICT MAGISTRATE OF EACH DISTRICT AS DESIGNATED AUTHORITY.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section (5) of the Telangana Employees Accountability and

Monitoring of Parental Support Act, 2026 (Telangana Act No. 20 of 2026), “The State Government hereby

designate the Collector & District Magistrate as the Designated Authority” in each district for the purpose of

adjudicating and deciding applications made under section 6 of the Act, 2026.
