EASE OF DOING BUSINESS - IMPLEMENTATION OF REFORMS IN PRIORITY AREAS UNDER PHASE II

- ALLOWING SELF- REGISTRATION ON INTIMATION BASIS UNDER THE TELANGANA SHOPS

AND ESTABLISHMENTS ACT, 1988 - AMENDMENT.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (4) of section 73 of the Telangana Shops and

Establishments Act, 1988 (Act No.20 of 1988), and in partial modification of the Notification issued in G.O. Ms. No.

17, LET & F ( Labour) Department, Dated: 13.06.2019, the following amendment is made to the said Notification :-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification for the words “within one day from the date of”, the words “self-registration on

intimation basis, to be issued instantly through online service on” shall be substituted.
