“In exercise of the power conferred under Section 98 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023

(Central Act No.46 of 2023), the Government hereby prohibit “Jihad karne ke 44 Tareeka (44 ways to support Jihad)”

authored by Imam Anwar al-Awlaki, (ex-AQ ideologue) for Magazine Publication, Circulation and possession

of objectionable content to protect the internal security of the country as well as to prevent the content reaching the

innocent and vulnerable youth falling into the trap of external radical Islamic Forces”.
