THE TEL ANGANA PANCHAYAT RAJ (THIRD AMENDMENT ) ACT, 2026, (ACT NO.19 OF 2026)-

DATE OF COMMENCEMENT OF THE ACT.

[G.O.Ms.No.22, Panchayat raj and rural development (mzad), 09^th July, 2026.]

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (2) of section 1 of the Telangana Panchayat

Raj (Third Amendment) Act, 2026 (Act No.19 of 2026), the Government of Telangana hereby appoint

the 22^nd day of April 2026, as the date on which the provision of the said Act, shall come into force.
