IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is

pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 7/2020-344/XXC-

2–2020-100(13)-2020TC, dated September 18, 2020 :

IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section 7(A) of the Uttar Pradesh Krishi

Utpadan Mandi Adhiniyam, 1964 (U.P. Act no. XXV of 1964) read with rule 58-A of Uttar Pradesh Krishi

Utpadan Mandi Niyamawali, 1965, the Governor is pleased to declare that the Area of cold storages

having capacity of more than 4000 mt. and license of horticulture and food processing department detailed

as in Shedule-1 shall be market sub-yard for specified whole sale transaction of potato with effect from the

date of publication of this notification in the Gazette for a period of 3 years or till the validity of the license

of the cold storage whichever expires earlier :

Provided that the application fee shall be deposited regularly for entire period from financial year

2021-22 by the applicant (owner) :

Provided further that no mandi fee shall be charged from agricultural Seller.
