IN exercise of the powers under section 26-x of the Uttar Pradesh Krishi Utpadan Mandi
Adhiniyam, 1964 (U.P. Act no. 25 of 1964), the State Agricultural Produce Markets Board, Lucknow with
the previous approval of the State Government, makes the following regulations with a view to amend the
Uttar Pradesh Agricultural Produce Markets Board (Officers and Staff Establishment) Regulations, 1984.
THE UTTAR PRADESH AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE MARKETS BOARD
(OFFICERS AND STAFF ESTABLISHMENT) (TENTH AMENDMENT)
REGULATIONS, 2021
1. (1) These regulations may be called The Uttar Pradesh Agricultural Produce
Markets Board (Officers and Staff Establishment) (Tenth Amendment) Regulations,
2021.
Short title and
commencement
(2) They shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in
Gazette.
2. In the Uttar Pradesh Agricultural Produce Markets Board (Officers and Staff
Establishment) Regulations, 1984 after regulation 9, the following regulation shall be
inserted, namely :-

9A Except the punishments of dismissal, removal, reduction in rank or
in pay scales and withholding of increments with cumulative effect, the
authority for taking all other decisions on service matters of all posts in Group
'A' held by Officers of Mandi Parishad, shall be delegated to the Director of
mandies.
