अ̢ तदőशीय जलयान अिधिनयम, 1917 (अिधिनयम सं̏ या 1 सन् 1917) की धारा 19ख की उप धारा (1) के

ख̜ ड (ख) के अधीन शİƅयों का Ůयोग करके और अिधसूचना सं̏ या 346/30-3-13-19एम/10, िदनांक 27

फरवरी, 2013 का अिधŢमण करके ऐसे अिधŢमण से पूवŊ कृत या िकये जाने हेतु िवलोिपत बातों के िसवाय

राǛपाल इस अिधसूचना के गजट मŐ Ůकािशत िकये जाने के िदनांक से सहायक संभागीय पįरवहन अिधकारी

(Ůशासन), पįरवहन िवभाग को रिज ̾ टŌ ीकताŊ Ůािधकारी के ŝप मŐ िनयु̋ त करती हœ।

पूवŖƅ अिधिनयम की धारा 4 के खंड (ख) के अधीन शİƅयों का Ůयोग करके रा̕ यपाल अŤतर इस

अिधसूचना के गजट मŐ Ůकािशत िकये जाने के िदनांक से संभागीय िनरीƗक (Ůािविधक), पįरवहन िवभाग को

सवőƗक के ŝप मŐ िनयुƅ करती हœ।

जलयानों के सवőƗण का ̾ थान स̱ बİɀत िजला के िजला मिज̾ टŌेट Ȫारा िविनİ̻ च त िकया जायेगा तथा उनका

रिज̾ टŌ ीकरण संबंिधत िजला के पįरवहन कायाŊलय मŐ िकया जायेगा।

IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the

Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no.

03/2022/1761/XXX-4–2021 dated January 5, 2022:

No. 03/2022/1761/XXX-4–2021

Dated Lucknow, January 5, 2022

IN exercise of the powers under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 19B of the Inland Vessels

Act, 1917 (Act no. 1 of 1917) and in supersession of Notification no. 346/30-3-13-19M/10 dated

27th February, 2013, except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the

Governor is pleased to appoint the Assistant Regional Transport Officer (Administration) of the Transport

Department as Registering Authority with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the

Gazette.

The Governor is further pleased, in exercise of the powers under clause (b) of section 4 of the

aforesaid Act, to appoint the Regional Inspector (Technical) of the Transport Department as the Surveyor

with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette.

The place of survey of ships will be decided by the District Magistrate of the concerned district and

their registration will be done in the Transport Office of the concerned district.
