IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (Act

no. 66 of 1984) and sub rule (1) of rule 26 of the Uttar Pradesh Family Courts Rules, 1995, the Governor,

in consultation with the the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, is pleased to engage the persons

mentioned in Column-III of the Schedule below as Counsellor in the Family Court of the districts

mentioned against each respectively in Column-II of the said Schedule, for three years with effect from

the date of their taking over charge.
