IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the
Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification
no. 523/LXXXIV-2–2024-1771142, dated July 9, 2024 :

IN exercise of powers under clause (b) of section 32 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019
(Act no. 35 of 2019) the Governor is pleased to direct the President of District Consumer Disputes
Redressal Commission, mentioned in Column-3 of the Schedule below to exercise the powers and
discharge the functions of President of District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission mentioned in
Column-2 of said Schedule until the post of the President, District Consumer Disputes Redressal
Commission mentioned against each one of them in Column-2 of the said Schedule is filled up.
