Notification
No. 434/GOA-LA/2012 (2):- In pursuance of the
provisions of sub-section (1) of Section 22 of the
Representation of People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the
Election Commission hereby directs that following
amendment shall be made in its Notification No.
434/GOA-LA/2012 (2) dated 9th January, 2012 as
amended from time to time, relating to the
appointment of Assistant Returning Officers for
Assembly Constituencies in the State of Goa
namely;
