It is hereby made known to the Editors of Print

Media that the Election Commission of India vide its

letter No. 491/MCMC/2016-17 dated 01-02-2017 has

directed that no political party or candidate or any

other organisation or person shall publish any

advertisement in the Print Media on 3rd and 4th

February, 2017, unless the contents of the

advertisement proposed to be published are got

pre-certified by political parties, candidates etc. from

the MCMC Committee at the State/District level, as

the case may be.

Therefore, the Editors of printed media are

directed not to publish any advertisement in the

Print Media on 3rd and 4th February, 2017 (pre-poll

day and poll day), which has not been pre-certified

by the said MCMC.

The Presidents of all political parties, contesting

candidates and newspapers shall take note of the

above direction and shall strictly comply with the same.

disposition of his estate or actionable claims leaving

behind him as his only universal heirs and

ascendants one brother and one sister parents being

already predeceased him, namely (i) Shri Sambhaji

Vilas Patil, son of late Vilas Patil, 33 years of age,

self employed, married to Smt. Sily Arjun Balu alias

Shilpa Sambhaji Patil, daughter of Balu, 35 years of

age, housewife, both Indian Nationals and both

residents of Flat No. 747/11, Sanchay Apartments,

St. Mary Colony, near Gopica Hotel, Miramar,

Panaji, Goa and (ii) Smt. Sobha Vilas Patil alias

Shobha Rama Naik, daughter of late Vilas Patil, 40

years of age, self employed, married to Shri Rama

Custa Naik, 54 years of age, self employed, son late

Custa Rama Naik, both Indian Nationals and both

residents of H. No. 500, G.P.S., Bedxem, Talaulim,

Ponda, Goa and besides the above said heirs/

/successors, there does not exist any person or

persons who according to law could prefer or concur

or have better claim to the inheritance left by the

said deceased persons.
