intended election as required under Rule 10(3) of the
Goa Panchayat and Zilla Panchayat (Election
Procedure) Rules, 1996.
Now, therefore, this State Election Commission in
exercise of the powers conferred upon it under Article
243K of the Constitution of India and Section 237 of
the Goa Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 read with Rule
10 (2) (i) of the Goa Panchayat and Zilla Panchayat
